Products & Availability
We curate products from Willowmere and selected independent brands and suppliers. Product availability, colors, dimensions, materials, packaging, and photography may be updated by us or our brand partners. We work to keep product information accurate, but minor variations may occur.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or an inability to fulfill the order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing & Payments
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other order costs are calculated at checkout where required.

Third-Party Brand Partners
Some products are fulfilled directly by selected brand partners. Their fulfillment systems may provide inventory, shipment, or product information to Willowmere so we can complete your order. Your purchase remains subject to Willowmere’s customer-facing store policies unless a product page clearly states a specific exception.

Intellectual Property
The Willowmere name, original artwork, stories, characters, written content, photographs, graphics, and other original brand materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use
You may not use the site for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse content or services provided through the store.

Changes
We may update these terms as the store, products, or applicable requirements change. The version posted on the store at the time of use applies to your interaction with the site.
