Founded by U.S. Army veteran Jerry Pfeister, Willowmere brings together three things that matter deeply to him: the companionship of a good dog, the gentle story world of Dog & Duck, and the belief that business can be used to pay kindness forward.

At the heart of Willowmere is Gracie—Jerry’s beloved senior dog, devoted frisbee chaser and reminder that the ordinary routines of dog life often become the memories we treasure most. Walks get shorter. Dogs move a little slower. The bond only grows deeper.
Gracie keeps Willowmere honest. Products should be useful, comfortable and worthy of becoming part of those everyday routines.
Our standard
We look for dog essentials that are practical enough for daily life, beautiful enough to belong in the home and distinctive enough to earn their place in a small collection. We favor thoughtful construction, restrained colors, clear product information and suppliers whose work fits the Willowmere point of view.
Willowmere curates products from selected makers and suppliers; we do not manufacture every item ourselves. We would rather be transparent about what we choose and why than disguise a crowded catalog as curation.
